Crystal Jefferson holds an MBA in Accounting and Business Administration, with 18 years of accounting experience. She is a South Carolina native that grew up in the small town of Clover, SC. After graduating from Clover High School, she went to York Technical College to obtain her Associates in Accounting. While attending York Technical College Crystal worked at Keystone Substance Abuse Services as an Administrative Specialist. Upon completing her degree, she moved to Columbia, SC to work at Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina in 2002 as an Accounting Associate. She worked her way up in the company to hold the position of Accountant in 2009. In 2013 she left the company to work for Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Senior Financial Analyst. At PWC Crystal expanded her accounting skills by working with audits, learning sequel scripts and data mining. Her experience at PWC took her back to Blue Cross as a Financial Analyst II where she worked with budgets, allocations, budget variances and improved her cost accounting skills. Crystal moved to Charleston, SC in 2017 where she began to work for Jolin Enterprises as a Staff Accountant. She worked there for a little over a year then moved on to work for Robert Half where she was a Salaried Professional- Senior Accountant consulting different companies being a problem solver and trouble shooter, working on special projects and assisting with any accounting needs that the company needed. When not working Crystal enjoys traveling, being with friends, family and studying for her CPA.
