Kate Soffner

Director of Medical Affairs

Kate started her career with blinktbi as the Director of Operations and Strategy and is now the Director of Medical Affairs with 10+ years in operations and sales. She graduated from Indiana University in 2012 with a degree in business and has continued to gain experience in logistics and account management up and down the east coast.

In her previous role, Kate was the Director of School Engagement for NYC, Long Island, and Connecticut for the nonprofit Project Lead The Way.  She was instrumental in developing awareness, expansion, and new implementation of Project Lead The Way STEM curriculum for students prek-12th grade. Working closely with NYC Department of Education, superintendents, CTE directors, administration and teachers, she was responsible for the overall implementation of the programs and their success. Kate would oversee all aspects of the engagement experience including prospecting, lead management and qualification, teacher training, school scheduling, budgeting, ongoing implementation support and relationship management for year over year program sustainability. A large portion of her day to day was to aid in the management of district funding opportunities, planning cost effective strategies, and analysis of school budget allotments to maximize funds available for successful program integration. Kate has over 10 years experience in sales and business logistics by selling and managing a wide range of products or services.
